Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Olgax Cloud ("Service", "we", "us"), operated at cloud.olgax.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Olgax Cloud provisions and manages hosted applications (WordPress, Olgax POS, and other apps in our catalog, plus your own Git-deployed code) on infrastructure we operate. We provide the hosting environment, backups, SSL, and monitoring described on our pricing page for your chosen plan.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor (currently Polar.sh, acting as merchant of record). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to distribute
  • Send spam, distribute malware, or attack other systems
  • Attempt to exceed or circumvent your plan's resource limits or bypass billing
  • Resell the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where reasonably possible.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you deploy through the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to any code, media, or data you host with us.

6. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, except where a specific SLA has been agreed in writing (available on Enterprise plans). Support response times vary by plan tier.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olgax Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
